Dear Jeff,
My husband and I would like to thank you and your
crew for giving us a beautiful fence with all of
the details we wanted (and some we didn't realize
we wanted). We, as well as our neighbors, are very
pleased with the final results.
I wanted to take the time to write this letter because
I was very impressed with the crew that worked on
our fence. I really liked how the guy in charge
asked for clarification on certain things (which
side the flat panels should be on, where the posts
for the gates should be, etc.). He also asked me
about features we had not even thought about--making
the double gate with one smaller door to walk through
and one larger door). They were friendly, polite
(we and our neighbors appreciated being told right
away when a sprinkler pipe was broken), on time,
and did excellent work. I only wish I knew their
names.
